When the sun sets over Noosa, head to the Junction where you’ll get a great sunset view and a taste of the local scene! Noosa Junction is a village brimming with laneways, street art, restaurants, night markets, galleries and sweet boutiques.
A little further south, sandy beaches and rolling barrels stretch further than the eye can see! The eastern beaches of Noosa feature villages boasting their own coastal character and are also well known for their sensational surf conditions.
Sunshine Beach Surf Club
Sunshine Beach is the first of the beachside villages spotted along the eastern Noosa shoreline. If great dining, perfect surf breaks or seaside sunrises are your holiday vibe, you’ve found your treasure at Sunshine Beach!
Peregian Beach Square
Head south via Sunrise Beach, Castaways Beach and Marcus Beach - all well-known as low-key, locals' surfing hang-outs - to the laidback village of Peregian Beach. Think boutique shopping, eclectic cafes, restaurants, weekend markets and live music. This village is the final stop in your beachside Biosphere treasure hunt! So, when will you enter the Biosphere?
Alongside mouth-watering dining you’ll also discover a boutique shopping experience along Noosa’s beaches. Known for its resort-style fashion speciality, Noosa’s retail scene fuses local, Australian and international designers across a collection of stores in beachside villages in Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach.
Catching a wave is one of those must-do experiences in Noosa, whether you’re a complete novice or a world champion. When you ride Noosa’s waves, you’ll be surfing into a globally recognised World Surfing Reserve.
